Luxe Modern 3BR In Seminyak
Villa Wolfe has a super lavish master suite and 2 additional bedrooms. The master suite is large and open with a sleeping area, living area and desk space. Looking out over the lush gardens, you can answer emails, watch the 75” Smart TV with surround sound and enjoy the beautiful modern design, in total peace and privacy. Fitted with an emperor super king bed, 4 air-con units and a ceiling fan, you couldn’t have a more comfortable sleep. There is an elegant bathtub tucked away in the corner of the bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe and a magnificent ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. Villa Wolfe features a water filtration system to ensure the water remains soft and clean. The breezy bedroom terrace has a table, armchairs and cooling fans for enjoying the lush gardens in the morning. The 2 guest bedrooms are equally as comfortable and relaxing with deluxe king size beds, ensuite bathrooms and cool air-conditioning. Everyone will have their own private and cosy space to unwind at the end of a busy island day.

The living areas of Villa Wolfe look out over the lush gardens with a cosy, modern style. There is a plush living area, dining space and full, imported German kitchen in an open-plan. You can watch movies on the large 80” Smart TV with surround sound, prepare tasty snacks in the kitchen, and watch over the kids playing in the pool from the comfort of the shade. The luxe kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including 2 fridges, a wine fridge, gold and silver cutlery sets, a juice machine, coffee machine and Gaggenau appliances. Dine around the grand 12 seater dining table with a cool breeze from the gardens and overhead ceiling fans. Villa Wolfe has beautiful tropical gardens with a luscious lawn, towering greenery and glistening private pool. Spend lazy days reclining in the sun on the sun beds, dipping into the cool pool waters and spending quality time with your loved ones.
Pool
Laid out at the northern part of the property’s expansive garden of well-kept lawn and stone pathways are the villa’s two swimming pools – one is 15 meters in length, while the other is 20 meters long. Dive into their beckoning, glassy waters for brisk, routine laps, and some mindless wading. Or, push everyone in for some playful splashing. For a breather, lie on cushioned, wooden pool beds -- partially covered by large umbrellas or out in the sun – on stone decks around both swimming pools. Once it gets too hot, you can retreat to the shade of the furnished bale adjacent to the 20-meter swimming pool. The northern side of the garden is also ideal for barbecue pool parties, especially on chilly evenings.
